We are able to provide our customers with the type of service they require. Our systems have redundant power sources with continuous backup power supplies resulting in uninterrupted accessibility.

Our state of the art, high tech servers have multiple connections to the Internet via the latest high-speed broadband technology.

Setup - R150.00
Monthly Fee - R78 to R250.00 monthly depending on size, number of pages, etc.
No transfer of data charges.

Our fees for the creation and management of your website will vary depending upon the complexity and time involved to create and manage it, but we are very reasonable and very competitive.

If you are a smaller business that only needs a website of 5-10 pages and don't desire your own domain name, we can host your business website on one of our servers for R78 a month.Your setup fee would only be R250 in addition to the creation and management fees.

For a business website the fees to create and manage it can only be accurately determined after consultation with the business owner. The estimates below are for a 5-10 page website.

Interactive database sites are more expensive due to the programming required. These sites must be quoted after the project scope is agreed upon with the client.

Minor changes and updates to the website once it has been completed to the customer's satisfaction are included in the monthly fees. For major changes, you will be given an estimate of the time required to make a change or update with a no-more-than time required given.

Domain name registration

There is a once off payment of R150 for the registration of your .co.za domain. This is renewable annually for R120.

There is an annual fee of R300 for the registration of your .com/.net/.org domain.

DNS Setup

There is a once off payment of R100.

Search engine registration and promotion

R300.00 for submission to major local and international search engines.

Domain name reservation

FREE until ready for use.

Domain forwarding

R30 per month to point from one domain to another.

Webmastering

Alphaweb offers a maintenance service for your website which means that if there is anything (a new special offer, a changed telephone number) which requires altering on your site we will change it within 24 hours.

@ R50.00 to R150.00 per month depending on the amount of time required and the size of the site. This cost includes submission of the site to search engines every 6 to 8 weeks.

(eg. Basic maintenance of website involving up to 3 hours work per month - R50.00)
